Practices

The Fool's Journey consists of two parts.

  1. An understanding of what kinds of spiritual development are possible. This website provides a portion of this.
  2. The exercises and practices that constitute the beginning stages of the journey. These are not given here, as the only really effective method is to give practices in a group all working together, who can energetically support each other. The practices, therefore, are reserved for the Fool's Journey classes and workshops.

Classes

The Fool's Journey class is given once or twice a year. The first class in 2012 will begin in February in Western Washington state. Contact us for more information.

Presentations

Evening presentations (usually on Firdays or Sundays) are given from time to time. Although they all revolve around the FJ work as described on this site, they come in various flavors. A couple are:

  1. "The Universe Is Fake (and what to do about it)." This slide and video presentation comes at the FJ material from a more scientific, left-brained point of view, pointing out that science, especially astronomy and physics, doesn't understand the ramifications of their own data. This is all original material I have gathered during the past several years. It's fun to watch the audiences' jaws drop as we swing around the Earth, Moon, Sun and Galactic Center with an amazing collections of facts.
  2. "How To Be Safe From Harm." How we can be safe from harm in our minds, our feelings, and our relationships, including economic and personal ones. I have given this as a short class that evolves into a Fool's Journey class. I've also given it as a short two-hour talk. 120 years ago, many people used to know about this; now very few do.
  3. "The Theft of the Gods: The biggest crime and cover-up of all time." This is a slide and video evening presentation that covers the background material in the pages of this site under the Long Ago menu heading. It also includes the "Personal Disgruntlement Test," a light-hearted look at why you think you're here on planet Earth at this time. Ver-r-r-r-y interesting.

Workshops

Weekend workshops will be scheduled during 2012. When we know the schedule, we'll post it here.
